[preheader] We want to use more kind of characters
We want to use more kind of characters that can be used in the preheader.
Some characters are not available in the preheader, since these are used frequently, we would like to be able to use them.
In particular, it feels strange that we can use the opening parenthesis, but not the closing parenthesis...

How will this idea be used?
For example, we use frequently it like this.
- イベント : 2022年10月10日(月) *In English, "Event: October 10, 2022 (Mon)"
- 特別ゲスト [山田太郎] *In English, "Special Guest [Taro Yamada]"
Parentheses are very important in Japanese when indicating the day of the week when entering dates. We can use full-width brackets, but we want to use half-width brackets for more characters and visual clarity. |
