Forms composer - Dropdown text vs. value
The current Dropdown editor doesn't seem to allow for a difference between the visual dropdown text and the hidden value that corresponds. (like a traditional select field does) This seems like a necessary feature.

How will this idea be used?
HTML select fields have both text and value. I don't always want to save into my database the text that use to explain the dropdown options to the user. I want to save the value that represents that choice. |
