Preference Center on Opt Out Forms
In the new forms experience, you cannot have a preference center (subscription group) on an opt-out form. It is common practice to have a preference center on the opt-out form so people can change their preferences instead of opt out entirely. This feature is available in classic forms and it should be in the new forms experience.
