Include Cancelled Mailings in RRDE API call

If a mailing is cancelled, the Mailing Type is set to Sending Cancelled. The data for these mailings are not output as part of the RRDE API Call.

All events regardless of the final Mailing Type should be included in the RRDE otherwise how is it Raw data?
