Please enhancement system logs

The login has been locked with an account that may be operated by multiple users. (system account for API integration etc.)

When I contacted Acoustic support, I didn't know the specific cause of the lock. Acoustic Support asked me to submit it to the idea forum so that I could understand it at a deeper level, so I opened this idea. Request log extension.

>The info which we have provided is the suspected cause. So if you want deeper level to pinpoint the EXACT cause (as in where in the product the action was) then yes, you will need to submit the enhancement request on the ideas portal.

It helps to identify the cause when they find something strange.

It's not uncommon to find strange. They always try to see whether it is a system error or a human error as fairly as possible, and for that purpose it is very important that the system log is complete.
