Allow Wait Times Based on Date Fields
Allow the use of date fields in database or relational table to dictate how long a wait step is in a program. i.e. if "Start Date" exists within a relational table, allow a wait step of " 2 Days Before Start Date" or "1 Day After End Date"

How will this idea be used?
In a Pre-Arrival communication series, steps within a program are worked around how many days until/after their trip. Set steps around these dates (and allow it to update if they were to change) so that touchpoints can always be sent, for example, 1 day prior to arrival, and 1 day after departure. |
