HTML email editor needs a manual save button as we have experienced multiple instances where the auto save feature has failed without any error message or warning. Recently this resulted in a live email being sent out with wrong information as the editor failed to save the edits that were made before send.

Adding in a manual save button (like on the old composer) would mean that we can manually save after edits have been made, ensuring that what we are sending out is correct.
