The current padding and margin options for content blocks apply to both desktop and mobile views. No padding and/or margin options for layouts. The padding and/or margin on global settings won't work as not all layouts should have the same padding (e.g. layout with a full width image inside that serves as full width hero banner should not have a padding on left and right compare to other layouts on the email)

For content blocks, if there is an option to specify the padding and margin for desktop view and for mobile view, that would be great.

Same goes with layouts (1 column, 2 column, 3 column), if there's an option to add padding and/or margin to the layout itself, not per column, and if padding/margin can be specified for desktop and mobile view as well that would be awesome.

For spacers, if we can set different height for desktop view and for mobile view so that there's no need to add two spacers (one for desktop (taller) that hides on mobile and one for mobile (shorter) that hides on desktop)
