It has been flagged by our Web team that the Acoustic embedded forms we use (both landing pages and new form composer) are not meeting accessibility requirements:

- ARIA input fields must have an accessible name.

- Required ARIA attributes must be provided.

- Images must have alternate text.

- Form elements must have labels. (example: "First name" and "Last name" fields do not have proper labels)

- Select element must have an accessible name.
