Support Emails need clarity

I noticed that the new ‘update on your case’ emails can be a little confusing when its showing that I, the requester, made an addition to my case. I have attached a screenshot as to what it looks like.

As you can see, it's not clear that I'm the one who made the addition. i think it could be improved if something was added to the email saying ‘annabethharrison@gfa.org’ has updated your case, or something like that to make it clear that the requester, and NOT Acoustic has added something.

Just wanted to share that suggestion, that is all.
