As part of integration testing process of in-app messaging feature, we've identified and it has been confirmed by acoustic support team, that at present even if any particular in-app message campaign has been deleted, it still shows up on mobile devices. And the reason provided was that at present there no feature to remove deleted campaigns from user's server inboxes as well as from mobile device's local data base on which messages have already been synced.
This is a mandatory ask for our campaigning-promotions model to have a capability to delete running campaigns, so that it doesn't so up on mobile devices any more.
We request you to incorporate such a feature as early as possible.

How will this idea be used?
In app messages are to be used for running promotions and campaigns, the campaigns may need to be stopped in various scenarios, like budget exhaustion or incorrect content on the campaigns, having a feature to delete/stop the campaigns come in handy in such scenarios |
