I often manage long term automated journeys (Programs) that rely on specific database fields, such as coupon codes.

When a technical issue occurs, like needing to invalidate a range of coupons, I need to be able to immediately exit all contacts currently waiting at a specific decision wait node.
This would allow me to 'clean' the program and re-inject the contacts or update their data without them being subjected to broken logic or receiving invalid offers.
Currently, because I cannot force an exit, these contacts get 'stuck' because they no longer meet the query criteria for the next step, yet they remain active in the program.
