This is a request for high availability of Web Forms, Web Tracking and APIs across pods.

When a pod is down, Web Forms, Landing Pages, Web Tracking and APIs are not accessible with the current architecture of WCA. This causes

1. disruption of a service implemented on WCA Web Forms or Landing Pages
2. slowdown of a web page that WCA Web Tracking tag is integrated
3. errors on application that calls WCA API

There should be high availability of Web Forms, Web Tracking and APIs across pods, i.e. another pod takes over when a pod is down, to minimize the impact on the users' business.
