As of current, If there is a personalised variable being used on a mailing template in the fields from email / reply to email, it cannot be used in Programs - program mailings effectively don`t support that.

Unfortunately, program only recognizes the default value from the mailing, and the from and reply-to address in the default tab cannot hold personalized values, they have to be valid email addresses.

We are currently hitting this obstacle in Insurance projects, where emails need to be sent from programs using emails of customer representatives that are stored within the database.

Implementing this will help any projects that need to use a large amount of representative addresses to send the emails to end customers. This specific case is an Insurance client sending program emails to customers in the name of thier dedicated insurance agents. Due to this inability of the program they need to invest into additional development to trigger this message outside of a program.
