Queries should be calculated automatically before sending email. You can set limit for test email to be sent to X accounts. We have it set for 30. But because query we've used was never calculated and it was at 0, Watson ignored this limitation. There should be at least warning saying that "You are going to send your email to uncalculated query, are you sure"? This is very important because the limitation actually bypasses security setting not to send test emails to more than X accounts
