Request for RawRecipientDataExport of XML API Test Harness.

Currently, the XML API Test Harness can only retrieve Email and SMS status "Sent".
However, the API of mGage can get the status of "Sent" and "Delivered".

Request the "Delivered" status as a status to check if the delivery has reached the recipient completely.
