Currently an SMS deployment can only be sent with queries referencing main database criteria. Queries that reference data in an RT or CRT will not send SMS, so our programs are limited in complexity.

We are using a workaround and have found a way to send SMS from inside a WCA program where the program and decision points reference RT data (eg purchase date). However, we still can not reference CRT data (eg has bought product X) within programs.
