Currently Opting out a consumer through API is working only on the basis of email address and any other column provided along with email address. This scenerio doe not meet the requirement of a Flexible database where email field is optional and a record can be created without email address. Current API do not provide any option to opt out such records which do not have email address. In Flexible database, look up keys are available to identify the consumer but these keys can;t be use to opt the record out. We would like to have an API which can opt out a record based on any of these lookup keys configured for our database.

In flexible database, the way these look upkeys are used as Sync field to add or update the record, same way it should have an option to opt the record out using these lookup keys.
