During setup of our Welcome Program it was found that a query built to target our new customers couldn't be used.
We have a Master List which is used as Locked Criteria for all of our queries. This list has all of our 'Can Send' rules, exclusions needed by law, business needs, etc are setup here.
Our additional queries have further detailed rules applied, which is what we were going to use for our new customer query.
As we build more Programs, it would be much easier to select the query we know is setup correctly, than have to build out all rules individually (when we already have it setup).
