Currently, address changes requests are sent to a specified email address in order to be processed. This is a very time consuming endeavor for us and really inefficient. Having an interface that would queue Address Change Requests for processing would be extremely helpful. Here is the functionality I would suggest:
* Receive and store Address Change Requests in a tabular format, specifying the date received, the original email address the communication was sent to, and - if possible - the name/id of the mailing that triggered the request.
* Provide a list of databases the recipient is a part of (so data can be updated)
* Provide the written email response.
* Trigger a custom notification/CRM Task/Alert for a contact owner to take action on the request
* Provide the physical address change request response.
