Allow provisioning the ability to give a specific admin user within the Org access to edit the IBM Campaign API URL. This will allow the client to edit the URL, themselves, in the event they have any fallback environments setup with IBM Campaign. Currently this can be done via a support ticket and the provisioning team, but complaints have been raised that this takes to long if critical.
