If a contact has unsubscribed, they are added onto the suppression list - however, if that contact chooses to sign-up again via a newsletter sign-up form in the future, they are re-opted back into the database - but remain on the suppression list. It would be great if they can automatically be removed from the suppression list also, to allow them to receive emails again. Currently there is no auto method for someone to remove themselves from a suppression list.

We intend to make this capability available at some point within 2021 as part of broader enhancements to how consent is managed within Acoustic Campaign. In conjunction with this capability, we will provide additional tools for tracking the date each consent preference is collected and producing an audit history for consent changes.
