An option to configure columns has been added to the mailing templates screen but is not available on the sent mailing. Please consider adding this for any screen where there is a grid. Also please by default lock the column headings when the user scrolls down, there could be a setting in the afore mentioned configuration if users which to change this. Locking column headings in the database view and being able to configure the order or columns is particularly important to usability.
