Currently, there is no means to include CC or BCC entities on an email. This is because WCA must send to a system email field; however, WCA has allowance for just one system email field. We often have individuals and business that are going through a program where it would be beneficial and fully legal to include a copy to mutual third parties so they can also be aware of where this individual is in the program/process. We've attempted many work-a-rounds, to no avail. Seems like it would be acceptable to simply have an ability to populate an email address in another database field/column and allow it to be a bcc/cc on the sends. However, because of the system email field limitations, this currently does not work.
