At the moment, for Classic Programs (which we use heavily) you can only export Direct Mail and Telesales files via email either Daily, Weekly, etc. at hourly brackets.

It would be great if:

1) There could be an option to export the file to the Watson SFTP so that our suppliers could access these instead of having to go through an email.

2) It would also be useful if the time frames for export of files could be HH:MM instead of just HH:00. For example, being able to export something at 15:30 instead of 15:00 (especially since we have been facing several delays with leads entering our programs and thus missing the 15:00 scheduled export by 20 minutes! P.s. this is an open case with IBM).
