Client schedule daily/weekly mailings with the automated messages. Currently they can only specify on the hour, eg. 10:00, 11:00. ISP instruct not to send volume of mailings on the hour since they receive the volume of requests at a same time and it leads to delay. Thus, client want to specify by minutes, eg. 10:05, 11:15 for the automated messages.
