At the moment the only way to get a copy of an email sent out of WCA is by enabling BCC. Therefore in the situation whereby you have thousands of emails sent, you would need to have a mailbox that could accept copies of every single email that could run in 100's of thousands or even millions, that is impractical to maintain.

WCA should have the option of extracting a fully formed copy of an email, either out to the FTP site, or to 3rd party tool. This would be useful for situations whereby, for compliance reasons, a version of the actual email sent to a person at a particular moment is time is needed.
