Make a UBX event available in Automated Programs so that we can make 3rd party apps deeper integrated within WCA. For Example, we could have a customer get to a point in the automation which moves customers to follow on campaign in Hootsuite.

Automatically export the .csv file from lead route feature in a shared folder Merged

It would be great to be able to upload the .csv file generated by a lead route feature (from the programs) to a shared folder (ftp/ftps) and not to send it via email.
