In multiple variants of the solutions we offer, WCA is the Communications Platform, but often not the source of Member Targeting/Segmentation. This creates a mismatch where WCA is managing the Channel Preferences and Permissions, but the primary Member Targeting is managed by another platform.
We've attempted to use UBX to retrieve this data, but the Opted In/Opted out Data is often not supported or sporadic, and does not cater for things like Preference Center's built in Webforms. The only other way to obtain this data is for a User to manually run an export of opted out contacts on a daily basis, which is unrealistic to maintain long term.
I'd like to be able to replicate the recurring process that applies to Imports, where i can schedule a recurring export from my database to be placed in the SFTP Downloads folder.
