WCA doesn't allow Standard Users to change Database, Contact List or Query settings (the button is not displayed on UI). But in specific scenarios it's required to change or, at least, copy Contact List and/or Query with all settings information. Today only VMTA Name is copied when you duplicate a record; but it's interesting to copy all settings including Full Domain information. It's interesting to have all information duplicated to have the same configuration.

The feature to copy a Contact List with settings information should be a user permission which Org Admin can allow specific users.
