Campaign is a sequence of many events which can't be restricted to Email, SMS and Push. It's interesting to have other channels orchestrated on Programs instead of going to many other standalone solutions. Direct Mail and Telemarketing should be available on Programs 2.0 and others channels should be available like Social Media (Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter at least), connect to DSP and other marketing solutions.
