It would be extremely useful if we could create Groups of users (eg Email Designers, Customer Targeting Managers, Data Acquisition, etc) and create permissions for these groups, so rather than having to manually apply permissions for every user, you could just add them to a group and they would inherit the group permissions. Perhaps even have an option to apply folder restrictions at a group level too?
Just having Reporting / Standard / Org Admin isn't quite granular enough.
