After the import is complete, all dates are converted to MM/DD/YYYY format and appear as such in Watson Campaign Automation. (see https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SSWU4L/Data/imc_Data/Data_q_a_watson_assistant/Can_I_import_data_types_into_Engage.html)

Because of this, we must have two fields in databases each time we need to filter AND show this kind ot personalized fields in our mailings.

This is the only way to show dates with format DD/MM/YYYY.

It could be great to be able to select the date format for personalized fields in mailings.
