When a landing page is deleted, it's still referencing the folder it used to live in, which prevents the deletion of a folder that "has" deleted landing pages. If this is a reference issue, the deleted landing pages should be referencing the deleted section and restore to root if their original parent folder was deleted.

Users should be able to re-work their folder structures without having to permanently delete the landing pages that used to exist within those folders.
