One of the limitations with New User Interface is that if you are working on multiple tabs within WCA and if the first main tab left idle for more than 55 minutes then the users logs out in 1 hour time from other tabs as well.

So it doesn't matter whether i'm working on other tabs or not, it will disconnects all of them.

My suggestion: check if there is an activity in ANY of the tabs that are running the system.
