In WCA's new User Interface, when Japanese charactor is entered in the mail template name, an error occurs.
I contacted support and I taught that Japanese (double byte charactors) is not supported.

However, in the old User Interface, Japanese was available.
It was not double-byte characters were supported but because control of double-byte characters feature was not implemented. (The user does not know this fact.)

WCA users who use Japanese are very confused because they can not use previously can used characters(double byte charactors).

Also,the new user-interface is supported Japanese language.
Now that the UI supported japanese lang, please support each function with Japanese.
