When pulling a frontend billing report via the GUI the total sent emails are more than the reporting API GetSentMailingsForOrg report.

This is needed when billing clients as the bill from IBM will show more than the total number of mails sent by the client if the client has sent mails and then deleted the campaign.

Adding an "include deleted mails" node will reduce tickets logged to IBM by clients for billing differences.
