Apply default field values for personalization within the mailing template and not on the field level.

Currently the only way to have a default value for your personalization tag within a mailing template is to add it directly to the field. This creates an issue when our company sends emails to multiple membership segments which have different default values. One possible way to fix this is to allow users to specify their default values after a colon directly in their template/source code (%%FIRST NAME:IBM Client%% - default value would be IBM Client).
