When our cashier's get emails form customers at check out, sometimes they are given a fake email that does not belong to anyone. this adds unneeded contacts into the database the just linger there and have the potential to become spam traps.
we would like to see a step in programs that if a users goes through the entire welcome series and does not open any of the mailings that they are opted out.
or if we can set a triggered program based on a query of inactivity that would put users in a re-engagement program with failure to engage with program mailings, they are unsubscribed.
this would help us keep out database a lot cleaner than going to a 3rd party vendor for their assistance

You can use our Automated Behavior updates feature to track Opens, Clicks and Sends and use that data via a rule/query to exit contacts from a program. We are planning to to add global rules (at program level) to the new canvas where you could set this type of rule as well. I will merge this idea with this similar need.
