Performance Insights does not show DLL stats

We are using DLL personalization from a relational table and notices the clicks were not be tracked or showing up in the top links. According to our case the product manager has indicated this is not being ported over from WCA to PI yet. This would be valuable information within PI.

    The performance insights link history table now shows DLLs and metrics for them. (as of May 2020)
