The System field type 'Email address' currently only allows the following characters for the entry to be valid:

* A-Z
* a-z
* 0-9
* -
* Cannot contain 2 or more consecutive periods
* Must contain at least 1 period
* Domain - Cannot begin or end with a period or dash
* The domain portion cannot be an IP address

Many clients would like to see the possible to use international characters in the email field in order to accommodate their international user base. WCA should accept Internationalised Domain Name (IDN) servers.Example of international characters; Chinese, Hindi, Ukrainian, Greek, German, Russian, and so on.
