There is a lot of effort put on creating selection fields , in a lot of ocasions for clients using CRM solutions, this is a must and also selection fields are multiple with lots of values. It is great to be able to use these values in web forms, but it is very limited when it comes to queries, and rule sets. The user has to remember of have an external list of value to be able to replicate the exact name of each value for a query. This should be a basic feature and will improve the user experience greatly.

At the moment on my client´s main database there are more than 20 selection fields and some of them have more than 20 values. Imagen to query these fields, value by value..it is not user friendly.
