Ability to use relational table attributes as personalization variables in our HTML just like attributes from the database when relational table is 1:1 relationship to DB

Want to use different click-through URLs by cell code and currently this is incredibly difficult to do in WCA. Relational tables require that you first wrap the variable in a big block of looping construct tags. This makes using variables all over a template impossible.
