Presently, the only way to find out the SMS Consent Status is to build an SMS Consent Status Query where I can only ask for everyone who is opted in or opted out of an SMS Text to Join program. This can be confusing because the output is from the WCA Database so the contact numbers returned are "implied" to be opted out because they are returned in the query.

What I would like to be able to do is to export via rest API where I can specify I want all contacts who are currently in an opted out state and that they submitted the opt out for SMS for a specific day (such as today for example) or over a period of days.

To clarify, this does not track the changes of SMS Consent over a period of time (opted in, opted out, opted in, opted out) but rather looks at all those who currently have a status of opted out and returns the date/time they opted out. And in the call, I should be able to specify a date/time range as a filter, along with The Text to Join program ID or IDs.
