Please write about the weekly maintenance in SLA or Knowledge center.

I heard that the WCA is performing weekly maintenance on Tuesdays at 10:00 PM-12:00 PM (EST).

This time is AM 11:00-PM 01:00 in Japan.

If maintenance is performed during the daytime on weekdays, there is an impact such as the inability to send mail from WCA.
However, the implementation time for this weekly maintenance is not listed at all in the Knowledge Center or SLA.

I would like the user to be informed of the weekly maintenance execution time.
