In the Single Mailing Reports > Summary screen, there are columns for Open Rate and Click through Rate that round to the nearest whole number though show space for two decimal places. Finer detail would allow knowing a difference in hundreds of people clicking a link depending on the size of the database. e.x. Click through rate of 0.43% versus 0.00%. Same issue with open rate.
