Hi, Would be great the posibility to change the actual behaviour of Lead Route option. Today WCA send an email to person who must to receive the contacts with a lilnk to download the contacts. I understand that is more secure than attached, but, directly get the csv file as an option will be more simple to deliver the contact info who need.
