I have a problem saving template when importing zip to HTML template. Please fix it.

Problem:
If I try to save a template after importing a zip with a folder name that contains Japanese (2 bytes language), there is an error that the template can not be saved.

Request:
We can naming a folder name including Japanese based on the specifications of OS(ex, Windows). Would you please enhancement it so that we can import folder with names given in Japanese.

I think that it is a bug about the point that double byte is not acceptable, so could you fix it?
