Instead of setting the throttling speed/frequency at an Org level where it is applied blanket to all mailings, it would be helpful if I could create a mailing, schedule that mailing and give a frequency specific to that mailing e.g. send the email @ 10,000 per hour between the hours of 9am & 5pm - currently the only way to do this is via programmes which feels unnecessary.
