Would LOVE the ability to update a template in programs in real time. It gives us the ability to be agile with promotions and current events (COVID) and respond at a moment's notice to the behaviors of our audiences. It also allows us to be more efficient and would decrease the workload of the team by more than half to implement edits. There wouldn't be a need for additional rounds of QA prior to the programs activation to make sure someone didn't accidentally switch templates up. We need this!! (We are in the process of updating ALL our footers and now have to go in and edit every single template for every single program...)

Thank you for the idea! Would you expect a content refresh to be managed as part of content, Message composer, i.e. update in the following places in use (choose all vs some) or within each program or automated message?
